Public Notice Nº 02/2013 - Vacant Position for Administrative Assistant EMBASSY OF BRAZIL IN MANILA PUBLIC NOTICE Nº. 02/2013 The Selection Committee designated by the Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Brazil in the Republic of the Philippines by the present Public Notice No. 02/2013 invites applications to the vacant position as member of the Chancery’s staff: Administrative Assistant 1. The Embassy grants yearly to all its employee 15 days’ vacation and 15 days’ sick leave with full payment after completion of the first year of employment. It is also granted the employer’s share of the Social Security System, Philhealth and Pag-ibig contribution. Thirteenth month salary is being paid in the month of December. If the employee has not completed a period of one working year, the thirteenth month salary will be paid proportionally. 2. For evaluation, the following documents must be presented (applicants must be 18 years old or above): Diploma of business course university education; Certificate of health and mental ability obtained from an officially recognized organization; Certificate of previous employment; if any; Police clearance and/or NBI clearance; Brazilian candidates must provide proof of being in compliance with military certificate (male candidates), and proof of electoral obligations, and present a declaration that they do not hold public functions and present a valid working and residence permits in the Philippines; Candidates from third countries must also present valid working and residence permits in the Philippines. 3. Knowledge Requirements: Good command in English and Filipino (Tagalog), both oral and written Good internet savvy (e-mail and internet browsing) Computer literate (Windows and Microsoft Office) Fluency in Portuguese is an advantage 4. Selection will be made by verification of the documents cited in paragraph 2 and for those pre-selected candidates, written test and personal interviews. 5. Applicants will be accepted at the Administrative Sector of the Embassy of Brazil from December 2 to 6, 2013 at the following address below: Embassy of Brazil in the Philippines 16/F Liberty Center, 104 H.V. dela Costa Street Salcedo Village, Makati City 6. The interviews and written test will be done at the Embassy of Brazil at the same address above.
