Public Service Announcement! I dont want to hear the following statements again! 1) Dont worry on the Wedding day none of this will matter! You are right, but in the meantime I am hurting, stressed, frustrated, or upset. Or an unhealthy mix of them all. So dont disregard my current feelings because of possible future ones! 2) At my wedding I didnt do that! Again you are correct but here is a nice little tidbit. THIS ISNT YOUR WEDDING! So my fiance and I will do what we want with OUR wedding! 3) Why are you doing that I didnt do that? or a variation of it I didnt have that why do you need it? It isnt a matter of need, it is again what we want. If you wanted something that day by all means but on our day we will have what we want. Am I adding stress at times, YES! Am I going crazy ABSOLUTELY! But I am doing what we want for our wedding, it only happens once, so excuse me if I dont care that mine is different (which is kind of what I was going for) or it doesnt fit your cookie cutter minimalist idea of what our wedding should be. Because when we look back we want to see our vision, not everybody elses mushed into one event!
