Public Service Announcement from the good folks here at Mondelli Industries.. I hope youve got a minute to read.. If you dont this aint the post for you ;) Females.. In my ripe old age of 32 Ive come to see some things change over the years. Namely, the standard, has become a SPECTACLE. Case and point, (not sure I used that right) But I digress.. Sending flowers to your loved one... I see it here and there, and girls FREAK OUT! OMG he sent me flowers!! I have the best boyfriend in the UNIVERSE! Your girls all bug out too! Oh girl, see I KNEW he was one of the good ones. Damn why cant I find a man like yours!? Posting pictures all lover the place and telling people you dont even know your man bought you flowers, like they care.... Counterpoint (not sure if I used that right either but it sounds good) Eh hem.... Youre SUPPOSED TO send your girl flowers! Hence, the STANDARD. Not just on Valentines Day, cmonnn.. Send em when she doesnt expect it. Send em when she DOES. Just send em! Often.. If you cant afford to buy em go pick em! How has this gone from something any good man does to something now only the greatest most amazing incredible perfect man on Earth does? Just stop it.. And as to keep this from being ridiculously long Ill only share one more example.. Spontaneity... Being spontaneous is something that keeps your relationship from becoming like the 999,000 out of a million.. Boring, complacent, horrible.. Keeping things exciting, new, fresh, etc. used to be STANDARD. And now what happens? Its a SPECTACLE.. You women FREAK OUT! Calling every friend you have like ohhhhhhhh shit girl! My man just said were going to stay on the beach for the weekend! Just he and I and nobody else! Yea he just told me right now I had no idea! Ok I gotta pack girl, Ill talk to ya later! Ahhhhh!! I mean not that this is a weekly routine, but if your relationship consists of one or two exciting adventures a year... Cmonnnn.. Im sad for you.. It can be little things, it can be big things, just make it SOMETHING.. Stop letting the standard be a spectacle..
