Quiche Recipe Ingredients 9x13 cake pan 1 can of crescent rolls 5 eggs ¼ cup of milk 1 roll of Jimmy Dean Italian sausage diced Mushroom (option) about 5 or 6 large mushrooms 1/4 bag of frozen chopped Spinach (option)Small Bag (You can basically add any vegetables you want; Bell pepper, onion, can sliced jalapeño peppers, etc.) Small package of Mozzarella cheese or use Mexican cheese pkg. either will do. Instructions Brown sausage in a skillet then set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Take your 9x13 pan spray with cooking spray Open can of rolls ( you should have 4 squares total of eight rolls do not separate squares ) Place each square on bottom of cake place make sure they cover the whole Bottom of pan( Just the bottom) (place each square height wise) just like you were making a pizza except you don’t push the dough to the top of the pan. In a bowl add egg and milk and blend together till well mixed. In a separate larger bowl place diced mushrooms Add chopped spinach Or Add whatever vegetable you decided to use( make sure to dice) Add browned sausage Pour in egg mixer Stir till well mixed Pour into pan with the rolls on bottom Add cheese on top (you can make it as cheesy as you like.) Place in oven for about 35-45 minutes until it’s well cooked( Check after 35 min.)
