Quick and easy lunch today: Brown rice smothered in homemade tomato soup. The soup was more like a pizza/pasta sauce I guess, but with all natural ingredients it was healthy to eat in any fashion. Ingredients mixed together and heated: 1 small can tomato sauce (no added salt) 1 small can tomato paste (no salt added) Water to thin the consistency Sprinkled in some Italian seasoning, onion flakes, garlic powder and black pepper to taste.
