Quick question hope someone can relate to. I worked for a contractor whos policy was if you quit before 90 days we charge for drug test, safety council, and ppe before I signed the safety rep said the ppe is only if you keep it we will deduct it. So with that being said they charged me 550 but I returned the h2s monitor, harness, cheater. I had my safety council badges from a previous employer that were still current. The only thing they can change me for is my drug test which would be 150. Then they only paid me for 1 day of per diem and I worked 6 days. Im going Monday to the hr but this is my first time dealing with this b.s
