Quota!! Then my question to him if they are "talents and skilled" why do they need quota? the talents can pass the exams without any "rescue operation". Yes, Quota is required sometimes to remove the imbalance among the different groups peoples in a society; but not to create a discrimination. What is happening in BD, is simply a discrimination since the 3-4th generations of freedom fighters are not belong to a different " less developed group (onogrosor jati)", they are definitely belonged to main stream of the society. Now, they are taking extra facilities, so there is a discrimination in BD to get the Govt. jobs. I guess, tribal peoples can demand quota in Bangladesh since they are belonged to the "onogrosor group" of the peoples. Unfortunately, in BD, by exploiting quota system, often some less qualified peoples are taking advantages over the superiors. On the other hand, it is often heard that true freedom fighters and their descenders are often dying even without food but tader proti karo eye-catching dristi nai. These types of jeopardized peoples only can demand quota from the Govt. for surviving in the society.
