It takes great awareness for me to notice where I am being affected by the collective consciousness and then what is my immediate environment and those people surrounding me, then the energy of my clients and their upsets, until finally the parts that are mine and my own thoughts that are undermining my state of inner peace. Fortunately my inner state can find a balance easier than when I am surrounded by others that are suffering greatly. My compassionate nature and the natural tendency of the feminine to want to alleviate suffering because of intense empathy is usually what throws me. When I feel another’s pain I am in pain. My logical mind thinks that if I help them then I will no longer be in pain. Which is correct but I can exhaust myself in rushing around trying to fix everyone else which then is also a huge problem. I have learned that I am not God and I am not capable of fixing all the problems of this world. When I surrender to that truth and ask the angels and guides for help in the global process, then I take responsibility for what is mine and work on that, it seems to be a better solution. Learning how to stay open and loving and not in a mode of fixing when another is suffering is very hard. But in reality each of us needs to find the doorways to our own awakening. More often than not, we need to stay present and witness others and feel with a big heart what they are going through. That is huge support and it also empowers them to discover the doorways that work for them. My journey is my journey.
