RANT WARNING!! Is there such a thing as parent-bullying? Haha, but really Im serious, and mostly, Im talking about on the internet. There are so many articles, so many opinions about what is right and what is wrong and how parents should be doing this and that - Im so sick of it. Just because you read and article that supports what youre doing doesnt mean theres not another article out there that supports a different way, possibly even a better way. In a world where its hard enough to be a parent, second-guessing all my choices doesnt make life any easier. In fact, all the stinkin articles do is make me feel like an awful parent, which makes me less confident in raising my kids, which has a negative affect on their attitude and behavior. I fully support being informed and educated about new studies and what you can be doing better, but dont make people feel bad if they decide the new way is not for them..and gloat about how wonderful you are because you read the latest parenting magazine and changed your strategy. Sorry - my rant is over now! Hahaha.....I dont usually do this on fb, but I just had to get it out
