RECREATION ACCESS PERMIT For summer recreation on U.S. Army training lands this year, be sure to get your Recreation Access Permit Card or RAP card. This required, but free recreational pass is provided by both Fort Greely and Fort Wainwright, allowing access to certain military lands for general outdoor recreation such as fishing, hunting, hiking and all terrain vehicle use.
