REGRETS. as the CEO for* IEPECC (international events and public days contro center ) WISH to extend our regrets to who ever is affected with this change. IEPECC is the international body which slates and organizes national days , political and religious days like world AIDS DAY , independence days and voting days, census , national id enrollment phases , Sabbaths , Easters and Christmases , in 2005 we were also given a task to organize natural calamities like floods , storms , terror attacks and earth quakes . we organized the BIN laden bombing of world trade center and tween towers in USA with AID from OUR alshabab and alkaieda friends , this was a success and every body loved it , not so? however in 2013 our funding friends were attacked by Americans so we had less money to organize the 2013 census in Uganda thats why we postponed it to 2014 , good enough it has been successful. however to day we got a contract from UN requesting us to also organize the 2014 census but our accounts are still frozen due to jully bombings in KAMPALA AND terror attacks in KENYA organized by us , so we apologize we can do it right now but we have agreed to postpone this 2014 Christmas to eraly 20 15 such that w deliver the best day. so who ever had planned it on 25th / 12 / 2014 , sory Christmas has changed to 15/02/2014 so that we get enough time to prepare for it.
