REMINDER VOLUNTEER TRAINING! SOAP is looking for interested volunteers to attend our: Training Day Aug 15th @ 6pm-8:30/9pm, held at the Noel Wien Public Library, conference room Get those applications and background checks in!! We ask that applications get free volunteer local background checks from the police dept completed and handed in at SOAP or Fairbanks Counseling and Adoption before training day, but it is not necessary. We want all interested people, and we will tell you all about our S.O.A.P. program and go over the necessary training materials volunteers need to know. By the end of the night your training will be done, your paperwork will be signed and a start date can be scheduled!
