Hardwick Hall is yet again our venue . The course is a 8KM loop of all the best trails that Hardwick Hall can offer. Using some existing sections of single track , the course is a relentless mix of short sharp climbs and lung busting long climbs where getting in a rhythm and grinding away is order of the day . The trails are running fast and furious with plenty of mega fast downhill sections to cool you down at speed. Racing tyres are the name of the game. The shady canopy of woodland will shade for parts of the lap and provide some much needed relief from the heat the flip side is the main climb is open and very challenging aka mount ventoux. To help you enjoy your blast round the beautiful stately home there will be the usual army of youthful exuberant and loud marshals giving encouragement and support along with our more sedate yet just as encouraging army of pensioner Marshals out to enjoy the racing in a fantastic setting .In the main arena we have the legend that is Len Jones with his mixture of sports massage and healing with Reiki healing so we can even fix you !!!!!!!!!!!! Each round features two competition options: a two or four hour enduro race aimed at elite and novice bikers alike.The forest path terrain of Hardwick Hall is excellent for racing and as the course includes a mixture of climbs and super fast decents it will make the race a fast prospect for the competitors as it twist and turns along the the hillside and fast single track below the magnificent Hardwick hall sounds like a lot of fun fun fun ! Assigned Race Number/s: Riders will be assigned a number for the series, which must be brought to all rounds. Category Changes: We reserve the right to move any category with less than 5 riders into the next category, you will be notified on the day of any changes. Series Points and Results ,Entries are non-refundable .Riders must race in 3 of the 4 Ridercoaching events to place in the final points table. If you spot a mistake in the race results, please inform us within 7 days.We dont offer entry refunds, however we will happily move your race entry to another round at no extra cost. Once pre-entry has closed we will only move entries to other rounds in exceptional circumstances. Please Note. Car Parking included in entry Fee. Signing on 9am until 10.15 am Sharp Make sure your bike is in tip-top condition when you arrive on race day. Don’t forget your helmet (you won’t be allowed out on the course without it), water, tools, a pump and spares. There will be a trade stand at each race for those last minute needs. Leave plenty of time for your journey so you’re not in a rush to get through race registration, which can get busy. Once you’ve signed on you should fix your race number to the front of your bike using the cable ties provided. Ideally do one lap of the course at an easy pace before your race – this will get you warmed up and also give you warning of any difficult sections. Get to the start line 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your race and follow the marshal’s instructions.Remember that to finish first, first you have to finish so don’t go crazy at the start! You’ll need to set a pace that you can sustain for well over an hour. Take some energy gels and drinks to keep you going. The course features that we know you demand, like fast flowing singletrack interspersed with fire track and mixed with enough technical sections to keep you on your toes. Endurance racing gives all riders a chance to shine. Whether you are a sprinter or a slogger, a good strategy, careful pacing and a little pre-event preparation will always give you a satisfying result.
