RIZQ,,,, Generally speaking by word rizq we mean food or something that we eat to keep ourselves going. But in modern life there are so many needs that one has to include them in rizq. Food , drink, residence, conveyance, education (self and children) health, clothes to wear, footwear, entertainment, appliances etc. The list may also include more things in future as life is progressing and new inventions are coming. People often consider that rizq is guaranteed. This is not true. The facilities mentioned above are diverse in terms of value. For example food. One can fulfill his requirement by eating 2 nans with a cup of tea for just Rupees 30 or can have a one time meal in a five star hotel for Rupees 2500. In between is a variety of choices. Similarly, in case of health; one can cure all his illnesses for Rupees 50 at Pirwadhai bus stand using the services of desi hakeem on the one hand and can have it cured in modern state of the art hospitals by spending millions. Other examples can be given for other ingredients of rizq but there is no need of going further. It means one has to work for it in order to deserve the type and category of the facility. Now if rizq is guaranteed , which category is it ? Secondly a lot of people were killed in Africa and Asia during the last century because of famine and food shortages when TV showed the pictures of malnourished people and radio spread the news. If rizq was guaranteed why so many people died and why are so many still malnourished as reported by humanitarian organisations? Please work and earn for your lives and those of your children.
