YILEEN PTY LTD - SENIOR MANAGEMENT Benni Aroni – Director Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Stralliance, Benni brings a wealth of experience in property development, project management and joint venture partnerships to Yileen. He has much expertise in participating and chairing boards in a number of industries. Benni holds degrees in economics and law, and for many years has been a strong supporter of medical research and community organisations. He is currently Vice Chair of the St Vincent’s Institute Medical Research Foundation Board, and a past Board Member of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Benni has a strong commitment to supporting and furthering the development of the Indigenous community. John Martin – Director John is the Founding Director/CEO of KEE and is a Gunai man from the Gippsland Region of Victoria. He has created and operated a number of small to large businesses in construction, manufacturing and retail. John has also developed pilot community employment projects with both private and government sectors, and is involved with many committees and boards for community organisations and government working groups. John is a Director of Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative, Chairman of the Regional Aboriginal Justice Advisory Committee and Chairman of the Indigenous Family Violence Regional Action Group. He has played a major role with the ATSIC Regional Council of Binjirru Victoria, National Working Party to Develop Pilot Indigenous Employment Centres (DEEWR), Victorian Indigenous Employment Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Master Builders’ Association. Gary Caulfield – Director Co-founder and Director of Stralliance, Gary has over two decades of experience in all aspects of the Victorian residential construction industry. Gary holds both residential and commercial building accreditations and licenses. He has extensive experience in residential property developments, holding senior roles with large building companies before setting up his own businesses Cruise Pro, which he built into Victoria’s largest provider of fascia, gutter, roofing and scaffolding to the residential building market; employing over 350 people. He sold the company in 2006 to concentrate on developing Watersun Homes. With Benni Aroni, Gary was instrumental in the development of the Rumbalara elder care, community and residential project; taking a hands-on approach to turning a concept into practical, cost-effective reality. He is passionate about creating opportunities for Indigenous people in the construction industry; equipping them with the skills, discipline, confidence and self esteem to create their own positive futures. Jerry Barolli – General Manager Jerry possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. Having worked with multinational companies such as Unilever Australasia, Pental Soaps, SPC, Hungry Jacks and Tatura Milk to name a few, he has the leadership skills and drive required to manage multi-million dollar projects. He was Project Manager for the Rumbalara developments, has managed numerous projects in the Goulburn Valley including the Harris Scarfe Redevelopment and Tatura Milk Factory, and has been involved in countless other building projects in Victoria and interstate. Jerry is a well-known local identity in the Shepparton area – working and raising a family in the region. He is involved in various local community organisations such as the Shepparton High Football Club, of which he has been the president for the past four years, is a member of the Albanian Social Committee, part of the Shepparton United Soccer Club Coaching and other community projects including the Australia Day Committee.
