It is a sequence of some selected notes called ‘swaras’ which triggers a sort of ‘mood’ or an emotion in humans. A raga, as we listen and merge into it could intensify enormous emotions such as joy, love, sorrow etc. Music is one of the most ancient techniques to be applied as a healing therapy agent.
