Rant number 2 ahead; Im sick and tired of people dissing dieting or losing weight. If you are uncomfortable with your body, think you way a bit to much, IT IS OKAY TO EXERCISE,DIET AND LOSE WEIGHT. Im a relatively thin girl but when I say I wanna lose weight or gain muscle or change my lifestyle choices and eat healthy THATS NOT A BAD THING. Too the people who loves themselves and dont wanna or have a need to change, thats AMAZING. But dont shun people who wanna change. If you think someone is dieting or losing weight in a non healthy way then I understand wanting to help them but ultimately its up to them. Heres my thought for the day; surround yourself with people who love you for you, encourage you wanting to be a better you (and I DO NOT by any means say skinny is better or you need to lose weight). Love yourself. Everyone has the ability to be the best versions of themselves, try and be the best version of you.
