Re: women not having birth control provided in their insurance plans. Why do we continue to argue for “rights” when that only gives government agencies further inroads to your personal life? I have no input to the insurance plan my employer provides or how much of the premium I have to pay. I have no role in the decision on the amount of vacation or sick leave time I am granted; same for whichever holidays we observe. My employer decides what they can afford and are willing to provide; if I cant live within those parameters then I am free to go find another job. The reason most entrepreneurs go into business is to be able to do it “their way” == that is not a bad thing. Why should we all have the same working conditions, the same benefits, the same value to our job that everyone else has? Sounds too much like communism to me, and I am not a conspiracy theorist; just watching any respect for individualism fade from sight. Thats all.
