Read and let me know if you are interested! 2014 NFL SURVIVOR POOL Entry rules: Each entry is $10. All monies go toward the prize. The commissioner reserves one free entries for operating the pool. The commish does this on his own time and does not profit from this pool. Pick submission rules: If a pick is not received from a player by the deadline, the commissioner will pick a favored team available to that player at the commissioners discretion. Teams that have already played in an earlier game that week will not be available. Every weeks entry must be received by 11am the Sunday of the games. If you want to take a game on Thursday night or Saturday night, your pick must be in to me an hour before kick-off. Your picks will be emailed weekly to willyarbi@yahoo. Or you may add and post to willyarbi@yahoo on Facebook. (survivor football league) Or, texted or called in to 618-567-2285. Must include your name. Everyone else s picks will be available to anyone upon request. If email is given, commish will send weekly picks to all. Game rules: Out of the NFLs 32 teams this season, each player must pick one team to win their game for that week. Games that end in a tie are considered wins. Once a team has been used by a player, it may not be picked again for rest of season. If a game is postponed, the player must make another pick prior to the deadline. If the postponement is announced after the deadline, the player will be given the opportunity to pick another game, as long as the pick is received at least 15 minutes prior to that games kickoff. If the players pick loses that week, they are out for the rest of the pool season. If all players lose in the same week, the results will be ignored (all players will be active next week as if they didnt lose); however the team picked will still not be available to that player. If a player loses during the first five weeks of play, that player has the option of buying back into the game for $15. You will need to let me know an hour before the next weeks first game in order to make your pick for that week. You may only buy back into the game once per entry. Buy back is discontinued starting with week 6. End of game: The game will end when there is one remaining player at the end of a given week. Should there be more than one remaining player at the end of Week 17, the remaining players will split the pool. Commissioners decisions are at his discretion and are final.
