Reading all these posts about ham salad.got me thinking about weird or different sandwiches I or family and friends have eaten over the years. On weekends my Mom would fix pork brains and eggs, my brothers and I have been known to have brains and egg on toast, one brother loved just butter on white bread, another enjoyed peanut butter and dill pickles, and my aforementioned peanut butter and bologna, Dad love Headcheese sandwiches, and a buddy I grew up with and his Dad loved navy bean and sweet onion on white bread. Anyone got any to add????
