Reading for project management chapter on risk management, sections reading involve methods of dealing with risk, such as minimizing, avoiding, retaining/accepting and transferring risk. I find the last one interesting. Shifting risk, passing it on to another party. Sounds very much like blame transferral, placing blame on somebody or another group. A practice that seems to be a common and encouraged practice of many organizations, managers and employees. That is my rant for the day :)
