Reading the developing story regarding the 2 boys hit by the van, there are different versions. One says they snuck out of a family gathering to skateboard.These boys were 6 and 8! How do they sneak out? It is a tragic accident, a parents worst nightmare!!! Now one of the families has obtained an attorney..why? They are waiting to see if charges will be filed...really? Why arent charges filed against the parents for endangerment? The punishment needs to fit the crime regardless who commits it... Accidents like this is exactly why we ALWAYS have a tight leash on Payton so to speak...things can change in an instant
