Real Estate Family…. Hope all is well in everyone’s business….. So I am in a brainstorming session right now, thinking about top sites used for Real Estate Free and Paid…. I am building a List of the most useful Real Estate sites for our business in all aspects. I would love if some of you could Share your findings as well. Ranging from Comp Sites, Private Money Sites, Cash Buyer Sites, Phone Apps, Real Estate Forums, CRM’S. ETC. I’ll start the list and feel free to add what you guys like the best paid and free doesn’t matter. Could be a huge addition to your already successful and budding Businesses. Here is my list to kick it off. PLEASE LIST YOUR HELPFUL SITES FOR THE REAL ESTATE BIZ - 1) MLS – comps, cash buyers, values, and market conditions. 2) Zillow - comps, buyers, values, market conditions. 3) Truilla – Back up for Zillow Info 4) Tax Records – Tax Info Back Taxes 5) County Property Appraiser Sites – Comps ,Tax assessment, Home Owner Info, 6) Public Records – Deeds, Mortgage Info, Divorce, Eviction, etc 7) Bigger Pockets – Great Real Estate Forum Free / Paid 8) Homesnap APP – WOW Great APP for driving for dollars gives you info when you snap pic of the house. 9) Facebook Real Estate Groups – Connect with Like Minded Real Estate People like yourself 10) Linkedin – Professional FB basically, 11) Craigslist – Most of our Business’s wouldn’t survive without it 12) findcompsnow – Great site for finding comps. 13) ZOHO – CRM used for basiacally anything in your business be it Real Estate, Property Management, Accounting, etc. 14) Freedomsoft – Real Estate CRM Some Love It Some Don’t but either way can be very useful if you can afford it 15) Privatemoneygoldmine – great for private money however does cost. 16) Listsource – leads 17) Melissa Data - leads P.S. – I am NOT paid by these services for referring just Brainstorming different useful sites.
