Really hoping I make it through the day. I am beyond sick, my body and pregnancy do not mix. Praying this new prescription Will work for me.. Plus I still have this awful toothache.. Luckily my mom is coming to the rescue and is going to tend to me and the kids, and hopefully I can rest up before my dentist appointment. I usually dont ask for help, but today I honestly dont know what I would without my mom, since Brandon is out of town working..
