Rebells in the bush are better than Rebells who are against the development of south Sudan inside the country. It is hard for us to calculate the damage done by those who are not fully Rebells in the bush and they are not fully support government or nation initiative strategies within the nationwide. Damage done by the Rebells in the bush is well known and easy to be calculated and deal with. How is goernment going to deal with this out of touch situations? I hope openness and free expressions to expose out such people into public view would be the key that can serve south Sudan development plan from these mess up made of these people. It seem to me that most of the people who re working within the southSudan government are pretenders, they appear in government offices with what they do like and they disappear in the government offices with what they want to.it is frustrating situation, isnt it?
