Recaro Start Car Seat- in Red, excellent clean condition, never been in any accidents. I have used these for my very tall children with Hypermobility Syndrome who have now unfortunately grown out of them. They offer loads of support, with headrest and shoulder supports with side impact protection, easily adjustable backrest height and shoulder width and can be reclined in Group II. Aluminium frame construction, seat belt guide on both sides, integral speakers, can be folded for storage. Suitable for up to age 12, depending on height. Group: II - III 15 - 36 kg ( 33 - 80 lbs approx.) approx. 3 - 12 years They dont have the swivel base or 5 point harnesses as they are not special needs, but apart from that they look identical to me! Fits into car using seat belt which secures child at same time. These were the widest seat from hip to hip that I could find, making them more comfortable for older children. Also, they look more grown up than most other seats. My 10 year old son who wears size 13-14 clothes is pictured. The base of the seat has a small crack and a tiny piece of plastic missing from the plastic that covers the frame...this has not affected the use of the seat at all, and I didnt even discover it until I took these photos. The blue seat is sold now, but I am leaving the photo to demonstrate the size range...blue seat is shown in smallest setting, red in largest size. I am hoping to buy my 10 year old son an iPad and speech therapy apps with the proceeds...he has a Severe Speech Disorder and needs some independence when we are out and about - at the moment he cannot even buy a bar of chocolate on his own. I am looking for around £60, price to reflect slight damage, but I am open to offers, courier or collection.
