Received this email!! Hi there.... Okay i have another favor to post. Im basically seeking the Peas Community input on a personal matter. Topic: work place racism. While the only black employed at an incorporation of 80 people i am questioning two incidence wondering if racism is in play. 1. Say your name is common such as Debbie and a colleague calls you Shanequia without no cause, laugh and goes to her desk. Is the racism? Also, some black women during winter months wear protective hair styles (ie braids), having a colleague overtly annoucing in front of everyone oh my God,your hair grew so long. I just seen you ! Is that racism? Whats your take?
