Registration Form: Please print out form and mail to the address below NBCC ARTS AND CRAFTS FAIR NORTHSIDE BAPTIST CHURCH, DENHAM SPRINGS, LA SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 6TH, 2014 BOOTH FEES: $50 FOR A 10 X 10, $100 FOR A 20 X 20 All artists are invited to participate in the NBCC ARTS AND CRAFTS FAIR for 2014. All displays must be handcrafted.. This is an outdoor show with no cover, you are asked to bring canopies in case of inclement weather. No booth fees will be refunded after August 27th. Check in will begin at 8 a.m. Friday morning September 5th. Security will be provided Friday evening from 7 p.m. until 7 am Saturday. Sponsors assume no responsibility for loss or damages to any items left in the booths. Exhibitors must assume responsibility for setting up, conducting of business, collecting of sales tax, and cleaning your area after the show including, the removal of all stakes used for canopies and trash. No resale booths accepted.
