Relationship Manager - Revenue Cycle Liaison About the Job The Revenue Cycle Liaison will act as a liaison between the Corporate Business Office management team and the Regions. This position will develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with the Regional Revenue Cycle leaders and will communicate information regarding Revenue Cycle activities and issues to the Regional leadership. In addition, the Revenue Cycle Liaison will communicate Regional issues back to the Corporate Business Office management team. This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing regional performance, identifying trends, issues, or concerns and routinely sharing the results with the Corporate Business Office management team. The Revenue Cycle Liaison will be responsible for identifying and communicating issues and problems related to activities within the Revenue Cycle and bringing together the resources to seek resolution. This position is fast-paced, requiring multitasking and effective problem solving skills. Maintain a working knowledge of all operational aspects of physician practice Revenue Cycle Communicate routinely with Regional leadership regarding Regional performance and identify and communicate any trends that may negatively impact that performance Maintain good communication regarding all opportunities, challenges and issues that affect or may affect the physician practice Revenue Cycle operations Communicate with Regional leadership any identified trends or issues that may negatively impact their financial performance, including problems in the Business office, Pre-service center or the practices Develop and oversee processes and programs to improve physician practice performance and satisfaction Assist with strategic planning activities in support of the Catholic Health Partners mission and vision Organize work/resources to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines Demonstrate ability to function as a leader and be viewed as a subject matter expert in their current role Participate in all educational activities, and demonstrate personal responsibility for job performance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or Business, required. Master’s degree in business, marketing, health administration, or related area, desired Five to seven years of experience in a health care setting. Management experience preferred Knowledge of the Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Tennessee healthcare environment desired Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently as well as develop and work as part of a team Travel and flexibility in work schedule with occasional weekend / evening work required An ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of health care providers and professionals, as well as an ability to manage multiple projects with a variety of time-lines A comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of issues related to physician practice Revenue Cycle activities is required Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access Catholic Health Partners (CHP) is the largest health system in Ohio and the fourth largest employer in Ohio.
