Remember when I said the water wars had started? Just a short hop from draining acquifers without paying for it (see below), and shutting off municipal water supplies (see below), to interfering with competitor water supplies, like say, Croton Reservoir. Join forces with the fracking companies, render New York City drinking water flammable, then rule the market on the people trapped on this island.
