Reminded me of the times when my 4 kids were little. They were 3,5,7, and 9 when I left my marriage in the late 80s to raise them on my own, as a commissioned realtor, with ZERO child support. Dont know that I would have had the courage to that today. Keeping my eyes on the goal for many years got me through the hard times, and singing about it rather than anger about it, got them through university. For so many years I did not know UP from DOWN, left from right, or how I would keep it all together on 4 hours of sleep or less. THEY ALL TURNED OUT AWESOME , have super careers and two of my girls have their own babies to pick up and run after. Oh Joy, oh bliss! Motherhood ..... sigh..... :) Youll wish they were little again.
