Reopen Natures World Scarlet Pink who is a passionate campaigner and part of Hands On Middlesbrough-Acklam Hall has asked me to share this link. Many people spent time at the closed Natures World land on Saturday picking apples from the extensive orchards there. Apparently lots of families went along and had a very special day. The former glory of Natures World has deteriorated quickly since it closed in 2013 and I hear it was quite sad to see so much of it overgrown and uncared for. Scarlet wants others to think about what a great asset it was for Middlesbrough and to make sure that the land and assets are never sold off for housing development.
