Representative Frenzel was a strong advocate in Congress for the people of Minnesota for two decades. His commitment to public policy was unwavering and he continued to add his voice to shaping the future of our country, particularly on budget and fiscal issues, long after his time in Congress. As a citizen, a Korean War veteran and a member of Congress, Bill Frenzel gave a lifetime of dedicated service to his country. The news of Congressman Frenzel’s death saddens myself and many who serve in Washington and Minnesota from both sides of the aisle. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as they mourn his passing.
