Request for Help, Sadie needs a new home This is Sadie, a 5-6 year old Boxer/Dane mix I rescued from a shelter In Jan of 2012. I am taking a new position within my company that will require extensive travel and I feel it’s unfair to her to board her most of the week. Pictures tell a wonderful story and I have plenty to share, I’ve included several of my favorites. Sadie is absolutely terrific with children and other dogs. She stays regularly at the Petsmart Pets hotel, does extremely well at the dog park and enjoys long walks when the weather is nice. It’s hard to tell form the pictures but she is very boxer like in her play style and attitude. She is slightly larger than your typical boxer due to her long legs and is very fast when allowed to run. She does need exercise daily and would very much enjoy a big back yard where she could run and play. She is trained to run on a treadmill but prefers to be outdoors. Sadie is create trained, house trained, and knows her basic commands. She listens extremely well but can lose focus outside with lots of stimulus. For that reason she has to be on a leash when not in a confined area like a yard or dog park. She shows no destructive tendency’s around the house and can usually be found curled up on her dog bed. Sadie is cat inquisitive. It’s not a form of aggression she just see’s cat as another thing to play with. Unfortunately most cats don’t agree so I would caution anyone with cats against adopting her. Sadie is ready a for a new home, I will include all her toys, her crate, 3 dog beds, any remaining food and snacks, multiple leash’s and collars, food and water bowls, and backseat car cover.
