Request you to please send net travel agent rates including taxes as it takes time and effort to add taxes to base prices while calculating the final rate. We request you to also send your rack rates as well so that we can compare rack rates and special rates to travel agents. We setup and run the place, manage the vagaries of guests and screwups, handle emergencies, escalating costs. much else. You want 15-20% out of that (more than what we make) for merely listing the place and no other service. AND you think it takes time and effort to add taxes to base prices while calculating the final rate. That is one industry ripe for disruption. Seriously.
