Idea creation, brain storming & developing functional specification of new value added services based on market research, trend and/or on the requirements of Client. Core Product designing includes IVR design, SMS design, Web & backend office control design & Mobile and Android App designing using Visio software (Flow charts & Wireframe diagrams plus various add-in). Communicate within & inter department, sharing requirements for the new product/service during and after development & managing queries B2B designing, includes services and business process designing.
