{Resistance Band Circuit} {Why Use Bands?} Resistance bands - TopicsExpress

{Resistance Band Circuit} {Why Use Bands?} Resistance bands are so versatile and can really turn the intensity up a notch on a lot of exercises. They also can add, well, resistance, to target those harder to reach areas like your inner and outer thighs and stabilizer muscles when looped around your ankles or wrists! {Equipment} So these bands are from Beachbody (they are just a few dollars a piece). If you have a regular resistance band, just tie it in a loop. If you dont have a band, Ive used wide stretchy headbands before and they work well too! {Do each move for 1 minute, 3 rounds for time} *Hop-Hop-Squat with Tricep Hold (band in fists - push out with your arms, top of hands turned in facing each other) *Sumo Squat Burpee (band around ankles) *Diamond Jumps (bands around ankles and wrists) *Pushup Jacks (band around ankles) *Side Lunge (band around ankles - do 1 minute each side) *Tuck Jumps (band around ankles) *Bowlers Lunge with Lat Pull (band in fists) *Plyo Pushups (bands around wrists and ankles) *Jumping Lunges with Military Press Hold (band in fists) *Moving Pushups (band around wrists) Please comment below to let us know if you tried it, if you have another idea of an item to use as a band, or any other comments or questions!
