Review: Haldi Arabian House Went there for lunch..and sorry to say, It was the WORST restaurant experience in my life. :-( Service: We at first ordered set menu-5 (Mutton kabsa, chicken al-fahm, pickle) for 5 people.. but our server said only even no. of this set menu could be ordered, so we ordered one set menu-3(beef achari), and four set menu-5.. Well we were hungry and had to wait 45 minutes for our meal.. service was shitty and slower than snail, and had to wait another 15 minutes for bill. 1/10 on that. Food: The worst part was their food.. After so many splendid reviews in this page and waiting for 45 long minutes, our meal was delivered. looked yummy.. bit when we tasted it, it was very bland. Mutton kabsa was nothing but colored basmati with no seasoning at all, the mutton pieces with it tasted like they just boiled it and served to us. Worst rice ever. Amount: not enough for 1 person. Still, my expectation was hanging on the Al-Fahm, but it tasted nothing like the reviews. Chewy, bland, without any spice, gravy or seasoning. worst part: they served a boiled tomato slice and named it Arabian Pickle .some part of the chicken was burnt and bitter.. for me, 2/10. Beef achari with biriyani (set menu-3) was ok, at least they used salt there. 5/10. decor and ambience: We were so hungry and angry at the same time that we didnt care about it. I expected a lot from them, even if their food was average i wouldnt have minded. For me, it was waste of time, money and appetite. (I really wanted to write a good review,but i am sorry i couldnt. )
