Review of Karens Kain new book by Chris RohN A Unique Life Fully Lived ... by Chris Rohan....I finished Karens book,, A Unique Life Fully Lived over the weekend, and I truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it to everyone. I have known Karen and her daughter, Lorrin for quite a few years, and have always admired her and her special relationship with her daughter. After reading her book I have a new respect for Karen. What she went through was unthinkable. I had no idea. I am so grateful to Karen for sharing her personal journal. It is a wonderful book, life changing, and is not to be missed by anyone. Karen takes us with her to a place that no parent wants to be. The book opens your eyes to Lorrins world. One of my favorite parts is when Lorrins physical therapist shares an article with Karen. The article is about going on vacation to Italy but somehow ending up in Switzerland. it then goes on to explain that if you dwell on the fact that you are missing Italy and you also expected to see Rome and the Vatican but ended up in a place you didnt want to be, you will miss the wonderful places that Switzerland has to offer, the Alps, the Chateaus, the cheese and of course the chocolate. I am warning you now, break out the Kleenex, you will cry but you will also laugh as you go on this emotional ride with Karen Kain.
