Rick Scott supports GEO private prisons, labeled by the court as a cesspool of inhumane and depraved acts on minors in their facilities. Good job, criminal Governor Rick Scott, as long as it is cheaper you can turn your head on the brutal conditions and the molestations and rapes of minors in your care.
