Rob Williamson asks: Can I ask.....so, I just made a dozen cupcakes using standard 125/125/125g 2 eggs splash of milk and flavour. I used muffin size cases and when cooked the cakes sit about a centimetre below the case and seem all buttercream when iced. What quantities do you use and for what case size, how do your cakes sit in the cake once cooked, are they level with the case or below? Many thanks
