Roger De Sa:“I think when you coach Pirates or Chiefs, there is always pressure. There is no doubt about it ... there is always a bit of pressure and people are entitled to their opinions. “I’ve got a three-year contract and I’m here to honour it by doing the best I can. I have meetings every week and we discuss things. So far I’m doing the best I can with the players I have and we will continue to do so. The pressure will always be there because it is part of the game. “I’ve always had a pretty good attitude about that [pressure] and I focus on my job. I don’t read papers or watch too much TV ... I work well with my coaching staff and the players. So far so good. I enjoy my job.” De Sa’s tenure as Bucs coach got off to a good start last September when the club lost only one game in his first 15 League matches in charge.
