Roger Wally Day The third of September is the 39th anniversary of Wally Hopes Death, but it is also the 4th anniversary of the passing of another great Wally Roger Neil Hutchinson. Roger designed the 1975 with Wally Hope sitting round a fire and talking of dreams. Parts of this poster have been used in many other henge publications,flyers etc. He was also an editor and photographer for IT (International Times) and freelanced pictures to the press. Many of you will have seen his work on the uk rock festivals archive because Roger helped alot with that site.When I started doing the research into Wallism Roger was so open and friendly to me I think that he maybe taught mr=e the true nature of being A Wally. Friendship warmth and aid. He made it a pleasure and during our friendship he made part of the Festivals Brittania documentary and in it he is wearing a t shirt with his henge design on that I got him. I intend to do an exhibition of his work in a year and a day, and tomorrow night at midnight I will be putting up a new page of his writings and images.
