Romans 3:23-25 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; ___ We all have sinned. But it is His Sacrifice that save us who repent. It is His blood that cleans us. Something that is often forgotten, or taught against in many churches. 1 John 1:7 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. ___ He bought us with His blood, He died, even though He was prefect and did no wrong, no sin, He died as payment for sins. God is righteous, God is Holy. We being unclean and evil, could not go to paradise with Him. He loved us so much though, He chose to Sacrifice Himself. Jesus, Jesus did just that, as payment, He took the punishment to pay for all sins. And freely gives us eternal life, if all we will do is believe and follow Him. Jesus did not come to bring the righteous to paradise. He came so we could repent, and be forgiven of our sins. Matthew 9:11-13 11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? 12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. 13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. ___ Many ask why the Lord has not returned yet, many say the Day of the Lord will not come, but that is foolishness. The Lord is giving everyone a chance to turn to Him. Once He is here, that chance is gone. No longer will we have a chance to repent. No longer will we have a chance for eternal life. 2 Peter 3:8-9 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. ___ War, Sickness, Death, all of it will be gone once He has come back. But then, all chances of Eternal Life are gone too. Some will gain Eternal Life, some will gain Second Death, an Eternal punishment. Then there are churches, that teach against the One Sacrifice, saying it is not enough, and that a priest has to do it daily even. This is foolish. Jesus is prefect, and made the ultimate sacrifice, once and for all, the sins are forgiven if you have faith in His blood! Hebrews 10:10-12 10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: 12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; ___ Any church that teaches against this, is lead by the spirit of the Anti-Christ. God, He Loves us. and By the Blood of Jesus, We are forgiven! Ephesians 1:5-7 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. 7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; ___ We have Redemption through His blood alone, and we are saved by no other name than His. That is Jesus, The Christ! Does this mean you might not sin time from time? No, we are not prefect, we sin, that is the flesh. But Jesus will forgive you, if you repent. 1 John 2:1-2 1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. ___ This does not mean to go out and freely sin, that the law is to no effect. Instead we should be establishing the law. Romans 3:26-31 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. 29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: 30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. ___ What I mean, is obeying the law when I say that. Jesus, He being prefect, was beat, they took a Whip and put stripes on all over Him with it, mocked, a crown of thorns put on His head, Had to carry a Cross, was Crucified. And He was innocent. He did no crime, He did no evil. He made that sacrifice for you though. If you wanted the Lord Jesus in your life. And you want to repent of your sins. Just Believe in Jesus, Believe all that He did for you. Believe that you are forgiven by Him. Believe that you are washed with His blood. Ask Him yourself to come in your heart. "Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, I have done many wicked things, but I accept you as the one and true only begotten Son of God. Please Jesus, Save me." Accept all the things He did. Accept He is the way. If you have accepted Jesus as Lord, you are saved. Tonights Recommended reading is Romans 3.
