Ron Smoorenburg-page Stretching DVD Review Ron Smoorenburgs new DVD is truly one of a kind, and will have you doing the splits in no time! He has worked with action stars such as 成龍 Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen-甄子丹 Official, Tony Jaa Official, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Scott Adkins, GARY DANIELS and many more! Yet hes still one of this most humble and nicest guys I have ever met. I already have achieved higher flexibility, leg holding, sharpened kicks, and improved my balance after training for just 1 month thanks to his techniques. It shows perfect training methods for stretching, kicking, leg holding and opening your hips to do the full splits. Attached is a picture of my current progress. He also adds in a bonus DVD about how to get in to the movie Industry.
