SALES AGENT - RESIDENTIAL ESTATE, PAARL / FRANSCHHOEK AREA Upmarket residential estate situated in the Paarl / Franschhoek area is wanting to employ a sales agent for their residential property sales office. Requirements: • Grade 12 • Valid drivers license + own reliable transport • Valid EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificate • Previous property sales experience with a good sales track record • Completed either NQF4 or RPL4 • PC Literate in the full MS Office Package (Excel,Word,Outlook) • Target driven & results-orientated • Excellent negotiation skills & the ability to think on his/her feet • Proactive approach towards work • Self management: Ability to function independently, without supervision • Successful candidate must be well-spoken & well-groomed - required to deal with high profile clientele • Should be available after-hours for meetings / viewings as requested by clients Duties: • Marketing of properties on the estate • Securing mandates • Viewing of properties with clients • Negotiating and securing successful sales agreements • Communication to homeowners and buyers Commission only package on offer, but very high potential commission income.
