First,wen we reach the School yesterday,Army don already give the Students 3Hrs to evacuate the environment,so we nor fit interview many students,and Lecturers but the few information wey we gather be say,the Rector Mrs Clara Sogboaike come mandate all Students say dem must pay deir School Fees before dem write their Exams. When we dig leg further we come hear say na both HND2 students nai she deprive from writing dis exam. According to one students,she go pursue Mechanical Engineering Students wey norva pay deir School Fees,and wen we sidon look am well,that na automatic SPILL OVER for dem as dem go need to come Re-write that paper wey go also attrack another year school fees. From our studio we fault the Rector decision becos this na Higher Institution wey Humans dey attend and if dem nor fit pay deir fees for one reason or the other,then dem must pay during CLEARANCE as usual. We nor go say becos something dey wrong then we go approach am with the wrong way also. We fault the students mode of fighting for deir right,becos nor be the damage equipments nai cos am. So issues like dis,dem dey sue Rector to Court and Court go decide the issue. I understand say na Youths and everybody dey boil,but we go also understand say na our future nai dey at stake and gone are those days wen we dey use physical battles dey get result,dis na digital era and we must approach issues wit diplomacies. I understand also say the SUG President dey under pressure from The Dean of Students desk but i nor see faults from e side becos nor be him order the Boys to protest according to our findings. Students get right to fight for deir right at any time but e dey advisable make dem nor damage things during protest or do am with violents. To this end report come from Oghara say Army pack NIGERIA STUDENTS inside Hilux to deir base for Koko. This issue dey very wrong,becos we never can tell if dis students dey among the ones wey do d damage and also just becos dem nor fit secure Transportation means to leave the environment nor suppose make dem victims to prisoners under the custody of Army. We must learn to accept the fact say for a School to grant anybody admission that student don become the responsibility of the School authorities,so we must treat students as our children becos na dem be the hope of tomorrow for our nation. From our studio we dey call on Mrs Clara Sogboaike to enter her motor dis morning to Koko to go apply for the release of those Registered Students wey dey under custody with the Army. Though i nor see anytin wrong if the authorities evaluate the cost of the damage properties and appropriate am follow the students to pay during resumption,becos na deir fault to damage Government properties,because dem nor get that right at all. Mrs Clara as a matter of fact i dey very disappointed in you,becos dis na ur last year for office and i expect you to play am calmly. Delta State Poly Oghara nor be secondary or Primary School wey students must pay Fees before Exam. E be like say unu nor know say some students nai dey sponsor themselves dey go School and na during Holidays nai dem dey go do Labourer work to gada money for their School things. We nor suppose dey treat dem like Cows becos no normal Humanbeing go get School Fees and refused to pay,becos na him or her own future he or she dey damage. I believe say dis na d first time wey dis act dey happen for this Oghara due to School Fees wahala and na becos say you allow am happen nai make am happen. As a Rector you go agree with me say after delay to the d deadline e dey attrack additional fee,so why u nor adhere to dat method. How you go feel if your pikin dey among dis Children and you nor get money to pay for one reason or the other and dem come say ur pikin go real come write and pay extra school fees next year? Sometimes make we dey understand say all fingers nor be dsame and make we still dey know say na Public we dey serve not Private. I know say the deed don happen already but i stand for front of the students dey make dis appeal say make authorities quick look into dis issue and make dem call the students back to start the exam all over again so that those wey nor write before fit write now and make dem tell the Students amuch dem go pay for the damage wey dem incure during the protest/riot. Mrs Clara na 12Hours i give you from now to go free those Students or else na battle line you wan draw with our studio becos we go use all our resources to fight dis fight and make e nor surprise you say na Legal paper we go serve you to Court,becos we nor get hand to fight na Biro and Talk be our guns and arrows.
