Serve as the primary liaison between Saudi Aramco and Saudi Aramco rig Contractor and shall provide supervision of all operations performed on Saudi Aramco wells; 2. Provide training and evaluation of Saudi Aramco Liaisonmen/Toolpusher trainees; 3. Make recommendations on alternative methods in resolving defects of equipment when unusual situations are encountered and coordinate timely deliveries of Saudi Aramco and Saudi Aramco Service Company materials and equipment to the well as required; 4. Ensure that Saudi Aramco Contractors meet all contract requirements and shall verify and approve all Saudi Aramco contractor and service company operations by way of tour reports and field tickets; 5. Ensure that Saudi Aramco Contractors maintain the Rig and Equipment adequately to maximize efficiency and minimized down time, and that Saudi Aramco materials and equipment are properly utilized, handled and stored and report to Saudi Aramco for any misuse by Contractors of these materials and equipment; 6. Ensure that all Saudi Aramco safety rules and regulations are following by Saudi Aramco Contractors and work with Drilling and Work over Engineers to see that modern practices are followed; 7. Work closely with Saudi Aramco Drilling and Work over personnel as required accomplishing objectives and performing other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Drilling Superintendent; 8. Field Mentorship of Trainees in the field development program (FDP); Requirement 1. Should have excellent writing and speaking English language skills; 2. Valid Training certificates & refresher courses for well control shall be borne by employee, e.g. H2S, IADC Certificates, HUET (if applicable). Saudi Aramco does not accept IWCF certificate, hence you have to obtain IADC (International Association of Drilling Contractors) well control certificate - Supervisor Level. For candidate having valid/expired IWCF, you can take IADC Certification in KSA where cost is borne by employee thru salary deduction, note that the 5 Days training is not paid. 3. Saudi Aramco Security ID Card is your Gate Pass and its Aramco Policy to obtain ID card prior to reporting to the Rig site or any of Aramcos premises. Therefore, you will not be paid for those standby days, while your Saudi Aramco Security ID Card is under process with other formalities upon your arrival in Saudi Arabia. However during these standby days, transportation, accommodation with food assistance will be provided. 4. Wire transfer of your salary to your designated Bank account will be arranged upon completion of each 28 days hitch or pro rated at actual days worked. Salary is always paid to Saudi Riyals (SAR). 5. Candidate need to pass the required Saudi Aramco Training Center Well Control Assessment Test and Aramco face to face Interview with the Aramcon Superintendent on their arrival in KSA to be eligible start working in the rig. Candidate employment will be immediately TERMINATED once he will not pass. 6. You are not entitled for any end of service benefits; 7. Current Saudi Aramco employee thru other contractor should not apply for this job, including those with current employment offer you have signed & accepted from other contractor. 8. If applicable, able to provide previous/current Saudi Aramco badge number for swift issuance of new Saudi Aramco ID and to avoid further delay in joining while in KSA. 9. Preferably can start / joining less than 2 months or earlier once Saudi Aramco accepts the CV; 10. Age limit preferably from 56 years and below.
