SERVICE DISRUPTION - IOWA As a result of heavy rain and flooding, several offices in the Iowa region have been impacted. Buffalo Post Office, 52728 – Operations have been temporarily relocated due to flooding in the building. For retail service customer may visit the Blue Grass Post Office, located at 102 Terrace Dr., Blue Grass, IA 52726. The Blue Grass Post office operates 8:30-11:30 a.m., and12:30 – 4:30 pm.
