SHOW HOME CONCIERGE needed in Edmonton, if you know of anyone interested please pass this along to them What we need: We are looking for Show Home Concierges to work at a lottery show home in Edmonton – Ginsburg Crescent NW. Successful applicants must be available for the following shifts/dates: • Monday thru Thursday 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. • Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. • August 7 to October 16, 2013 Attendance will be required at an orientation session prior to starting in the position. Who you are: You are an exceptional communicator with a natural talent for providing outstanding customer service. You are able to greet and assist visitors and consistently make a great first impression. You are extremely detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks at one time. You understand the importance of team work and collaboration. How you’ll contribute: • Welcome visitors to the lottery home and assist them with ordering lottery tickets • Process ticket purchases with Debit, MasterCard and Visa and complete daily ticket sales summary sheet • Perform opening and closing duties each shift • Assist with minor housekeeping tasks to keep show home in top condition As the successful candidate, you will ideally have strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience. This position pays an hourly salary of $14.00 per hour.
